These unique conditions have allowed us to cultivate a cashew with a truly distinctive flavor – exceptionally buttery, sweet, and crunchy.

Our journey begins in Nẫu, the affectionate local name for a vibrant region on Vietnam’s South Central Coast. Known as one of the country’s largest granaries for rice and cassava, Nẫu’s fertile lands and local artisans have perfected a unique recipe for these delightful and flavoursome rice crackers, preserving the culinary quintessence of this special area.

As a key player contributing to the country’s annual output of over 20 million tons of rice, or 5% of the global production, the region’s capability to offer a variety of products to promote the sustainable and eco-friendly living style is unlimited. The product innovation was inspired by the global trend working toward the Net Zero target, along with the desire to practically and efficiently participate in the journey. The straws are edible, eco-friendly and 100% biodegradable, contain zero microplastics and chemicals. For safe daily use, they are also gluten free, soy and nut free, and free of paper dust.
